Designed to keep skills sharp, these Practices reinforce fundamentals and tactical skills learned in Defensive Rifle classes in fast-paced, low-cost, 90-minute sessions.
These run in addition to Defensive Rifle Workshops. The key difference being Workshops are longer (3 hours) and hone in on a specific defensive shooting skill (examples: movement, engaging multiple threats, using cover, decision-making/stress, and so on). Practices are more general in nature, shorter, and faster paced.
Prerequisite: Students must have a valid Massachusetts LTC (resident or non-resident). These classes are for students who have training in defensive/tactical pistol shooting. Those who have at a minimum taken our Defensive Rifle 2.0 class or who have previously trained with us at the Workshop level are welcome to sign up. Others will be considered, as long as they have taken coursework similar to Defensive Rifle 2.0 elsewhere (from a recognized academy/instructor).
Note that these courses are held outdoors and require physical activity. Please be realistic about your abilities.

This class is held outdoors at Danvers Fish & Game Club in Middleton, MA, and both club members and non-members may register to attend.
